LitPRO is a 100% women-owned healthcare lien resolution company and led by licensed attorneys who have an extensive background in lien resolution, legal process outsourcing, and consulting. Our team is made up of professionals with insider knowledge and lienholder contacts, through previous roles with government contractors, such as Medicare, and private lien clearinghouse companies, such as Rawlings and Equian/Optum. We also have experts in data management, analytics and coding.

LitPRO leverages this experience and industry knowledge to synthesize data for strategic planning of lien resolution programs, and consistently provide accurate information necessary to advance the claims payment process in a highly secure manner.

Shery is a legal, compliance, and MBA-qualified executive with a background in management consulting internationally. She brings focused skills in business operations, commercial negotiation, legal process outsourcing, and project management.

Michelle Prince

Chief Commercial Officer & Founder

Michelle is an experienced attorney and legal process consultant with a broad background in legal technology and process outsourcing tools and strategy. She brings with her diverse experience gained in previous roles as a corporate attorney, in-house counsel, and business development/subject matter expert roles with current industry leaders in legal services and technology.
