Taxotere Lien Resolution
Taxotere is a chemotherapy drug commonly used to treat breast cancer. The drug has been linked to permanent hair loss, fluid retention, hepatotoxicity, hypersensitivity reactions, neutropenia, and toxic death. Plaintiffs have filed lawsuits against manufacturers for failing to warn users of the risks associated with the drug. The majority of plaintiffs consist of female breast cancer survivors who were prescribed Taxotere before December 2015 and their families. Potential healthcare liens include Medicare, Medicaid, private insurance, and military liens.
